By using Options Trading Simulator you agree to these terms and to the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (or Google Play's terms of service on Android).

Education only

The app teaches how options work. Nothing in the app or on this site is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Options involve risk and are not suitable for every investor. Talk to a licensed professional before trading with real money.

Simulated trading

The simulator uses play money. Market data in the app is simulated and is not a live quote. Simulated results do not represent real trading, where fills, liquidity, costs and emotions differ, and past or simulated performance says nothing about future results.

Price

The app is currently free to use. If paid features are introduced, their price and billing terms will be shown in the app before you buy, and purchases will be handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Your use

Don't misuse the app, reverse engineer it or use it for anything unlawful. We may update the app and these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.

Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any trading or investment losses or other damages arising from using it.
